My experience with Three-C was less than satisfactory. My car was there for 50+ days after being told it would be there for less than 30. Which left me without a car for over 3 weeks. I understand there can be issues with delivery and unforeseen circumstances but it was how it was handled that rubbed me wrong way. I was told that the reason for my cars delay in finishing was due to a bumper taking longer than expected to arrive. Issue is when I picked up my car the bumper was not replaced as I was told, so I was unfortunately waiting for nothing. This has made me lose total confidence in this shop, I will not be returning.

The car repair experience was a long process. Waiting for the Subaru dealership and the holidays seemed to have delayed the process. Also, the snow storms through out the country likely caused shipping delays and also staffing shortages. Communication is always a vital part in any relationship. There were mis communications and failure to update calls that occurred. When I called, there was always a good response and polite, respectful conversations. The overall feeling I have post experience is that I would use 3-C again if needed.
