Can’t thank them enough! All others said no way you have to buy a new van. Weekly updates thru the entire process. Took some time but I thought it would take much longer. Van came back looking brand new! Totally awesome job start to finish

I absolutely love this place. After being dicked around by Capital Collision and Geico insurance for 4 days, I found Donnie here at Thurston County Collision. I have a 2013 Ford edge and the passenger"rocker" was damaged and come to find out the part was no longer available. The other Donnie managed to repair the rocker to an absolutely stunning piece of artwork 😆 I also had the rear two-part bumper replace and it too is beautiful, now. After Donnie saw what I did to the staining on my quarter panel where my gas tank is (home repair not recommended ) he asked if he could work on it. It too is beyond beautiful. All these guys, especially Donnie, absolutely wonderful to work with, friendly. I couldn't be happier with my forever car.Not only did Capital Collision, nickel and dime me to death to the tune of over 7K, what I paid at Thurston County Collision was less than we 1/2 of that.
