You might want to pass on to the individual that reinstalled my rear license plate that the license plate frame goes on top of the plate not underneath the license plate.

I especially appreciated intermittent updates, even if they were electronic. It helped with waiting. It was a pleasure to work with your group from the folks at the front desk to the technician who came out to see what he could do. Your pricing was reasonable and got us back on the road quickly. Prior to bringing the car to you, I got an appraisal from a different repair center. Their tone (almost crabby) and excessive cost (they estimated the cost at more than 24 hours of labor for this job which ended up taking much less time in your shop) was frustrating. When I found your shop through a friend, it felt much more pleasant. Thank you to everyone involved. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who has repair needs.
