I am completely satisfied with my experience at Tidewater Collision. Every single step of this process was met with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The work was done in a very timely manner. I am a widowed mom with only one vehicle for myself and my kids. I was very nervous being without my vehicle because of the car accident we were in. This collision body shop was so reassuring and honestly wonderful that I felt like I was leaving my van with trusted family. That type of experience is priceless to me! EVERYONE here was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I cannot say enough good about this place. Thank you all SO much! The work looks as good as new!!! 😊
