I was given a date my car would be ready. I called twice to check the status and left two messages. I had to call a third time to finally talk to someone and it was past the initial end date given. Better communication would have been appreciated! But Tim was always very nice, from beginning to end!

Luke kept me informed on the repair status and was very easy to communicate with. My car was returned very clean with acceptable repairs (the paintless dent repair on the hood was excellent). Only some slight paint mismatch, expected on an eight year old vehicle, presented me from giving a 10 rating. Thanks
