I realized Tuesday evening my door won’t open from the inside or lock. I called and left a voicemail at 4:20pm. It is now Thursday and I still have not received a call back. If it weren’t for that I would have given Timbrook a 10. The process was fairly simple. And everything looked great on the outside! I really appreciate that they detail your car!

Wrong year grill parts originally ordered slowed repairs, and two voice mails went unanswered. A projected on week to repair ended up taking 12 days. Finished work looks good.
