It was a great experience. Everyone was really nice. They explained the best way to care for my Rims I had repainted. Everyone that has seen them complimented on how good they look. I rant and raved about the people at Timbrook. Great experience!

Body managers changed. The new manager didn't carry over all that needed replaced. Hood doesn't latch right, still marks on my wheel, as well as the bracket for the relay switch box wasn't fixed. But customer service was awesome by this new manager

Like I said Bailey and Lynn were a huge help to me to correct the situation so I appreciate them greatly however after having my car a month and allowing me to leave in a dangerous vehicle that obviously didn't have the claimed repairs completed in unacceptable in any situation.
