Steve called and messaged often, keeping me updated. Only bad part was safelites repeated calls to verify my insurance (which I had done x 2 already, and explained to them) I wish Timbrook had another option than safelite for windshield repair as that part was not good. Sent repair looks great and it is wonderful having my car back- thank you so much!

Repairs took twice as long than originally quoted. My car was completely empty when I picked it up, the only things left were items in the glove compartment and center console, but at no point was I asked if I wanted to keep anything.

paint looked good. the completion date kept getting pushed back which wasn't too big of a deal. the main issue is the car came back with the rear tail light stuck on and the backup camera not working along with a bunch of warning lights. when i brought this up to the employee all he said was that noting in the rear of the car was messed with.
