Repairs took twice as long than originally quoted. My car was completely empty when I picked it up, the only things left were items in the glove compartment and center console, but at no point was I asked if I wanted to keep anything.

paint looked good. the completion date kept getting pushed back which wasn't too big of a deal. the main issue is the car came back with the rear tail light stuck on and the backup camera not working along with a bunch of warning lights. when i brought this up to the employee all he said was that noting in the rear of the car was messed with.

Timbrook always does a beautiful job. My vehicle looks brand new. Theÿ have always told me if anything is wrong or not to my satisfaction to let them know but I have NEVER had an issue.
