My only complaint is that the top door bracket hinge was loose. I noticed a significant road noise increase before noticed the bracket was loose. The door was hitting the latch incorrectly because the door hinge was not tight. It also caused the door edge to scrape the fender edge

I’m not dissatisfied with the people that took care of me. But to be honest, I wasn’t real happy with the process. I’ve had numerous vehicles repaired over the years. Never had to have an appointment before. Drove all the way to Timbrook to have someone look at my car and get an estimate. I was flat out, turned away and told to make an appointment. I almost kept going on to Western Maryland Collision. Pretty much everyone in the office knows who I am. It just didn’t feel right. Not what I’m used to. I’m disappointed that this is the way it is going now.

They could have gone over the repairs with me when I picked up my car. Instead, they had me sign for it, gave me the keys and that was it.
