My first experience with the collision center was much better. This experience was disappointing even though my vehicle looks great

The body work was great. There was a bit of a delay because of parts not coming with all needed hardware. When I picked up my vehicle I discovered my turn signal wasn’t working. When replacing the headlight housing the wires had been pulled out during installation. I had to waste another day taking my vehicle back to get the wiring fixed. They handled that well but it was completely avoidable.

The repair took a week longer that the estimated time originally given. Then there were a couple of issues. There was a noise like something wasn't connected all the way. The windows weren't working and my tire key was missing. I was able to get it all taken care of relatively quickly after calling which is why I'm still rating highly.

The repair on the 2005 jaguar S type R looks very good. The used headlight that was obtained to replace the damaged headlight is in excellent shape. We are very satisfied with the repair job.
