Communication does not happen unless the customer reaches out. Multiple delays and time from estimate to repair took way longer than told and it should have (7 weeks). When repairs were completed, front license plate wasn’t mounted back on, so I had to take more time to go back to center to have this completed.

Tanner never reached out when he said he would, especially with the multiple delays. I always had to call him, given entire days for him to contact me first after he would state he would reach out the following morning or later that same day.
