It took 86 days to get my car back from shop. Some of it due to fact that GM has just ended a strike a couple weeks before my car’s accident. However, other factors were parts either ordered wrong or shipped wrong, finding other things needing repaired that weren’t included on original quote, etc. When I picked up car, cleanup job was horrible. My convertible top didn’t work so it took them another day to fix this problem. When they corrected this they created another problem. They put cuts in my top’s cover, so they had to order this part. They replaced a wheel on my car and not the tire also. A couple days later, this tire had a slow leak. I went to shop and they had to replace tire. It should have been replaced to begin with. Also didn’t properly re-attach a weatherstripping to bottom of my new car that they had installed. Back again to shop for this and to have them replace tire pressure placard that was never put back on. All in all, after them having my car for 86 days, I feel everything should have been perfect and it was not!
