Timbrook Collison told Erie that my car was ready since last Friday and I was only notified that it was ready on July 5. They had two phone numbers and an email to contact me. I did not receive an email until July 4. I called several times and asked about my car. I received one call from them stating that they found more damage and had to order a fan.
