Chris kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle, I really appreciated that. The front counter person was courteous and informative from day one all the way to pickup day. I am sorry I didn’t get his name tp properly thank him. He is a large man, hard to miss! Lastly, the people that replaced the damaged parts and painted them to Toyota’s high standards are the stars of the show because the quality of the work is perfection itself. Thank you all.

I took my 2022 gmc sierra 3500 denali in for an insurance claim to paint repair the side of the truck passenger side estimates 2 weeks … then i hear truck had to get both doors replaced so they where order, 4 weeks later i was notify doors arrived and was painted. Week 5 truck was re assembled, then after that onto week 6 they having all types of issues with modules have me bring in 2 batterys, issue persistent into monday then tuesday then weds into program and asking for extended warrantys, now by end of week 6 thursday trucknat the dealer for the service tech to call me and said the module is bad, onto friday i get a call dude super exited about handing me a truck that was repair but now as a software updated issue and the module is on order on sep 29/2026 lol this is been quite and experience. Unfortunately i will not recommend titus will for future repairs now we are just awaiting for parts to come in. Crazy thing was the expectation for me to paid for this module.
