The entire operation runs smoothly, and they shared updates regularly. Beyond repairing the damage to my SUV’s body, they made my life simpler. I was due for new tires and brakes, and since a wheel realignment was necessary for the repairs, they offered to take care of these maintenance needs as well, at a very reasonable price. They even took it to Toyota for an oil change and fluid check. The Titus-Will Collision team took the opportunity to make my life simpler. In an age in which customer service is a dying art, Titus-Will stands out. I hope to never need another collision repair, but if I do, I’ll travel as far as necessary to Titus-Will Collision Repair in Tacoma!
