The front desk staff receive an absolute 10. Todd was phenomenal on the phone and in person, I felt so taken care of and like I was important, which is such a rare thing to feel during a customer service interaction these days. The female presenting team member with short hair and glasses (didn’t get their name) that checked me out when I came to pickup my vehicle was also lovely. I did have some issues with Derek, my estimator, in that he never once checked in with me about my vehicle. I called three times to check in myself, including the day he said my vehicle would be ready as I wanted to be able to plan my workday appropriately.

You can forget a recommendation unless your paying for my windshield to get fixed then that’s a big no in fact I am probably going to blast this to my 5000+ social media followers to let them know how you treat your clients, that it will take longer than you say, and you will get your stuff back more messed up than you give it to them as!

Took longer than expected got it back with a cracked windshield pretty much told me I am f-ed! Said they were going to charge my battery they didn’t! Didn’t keep me up dated had to call them to figure out what was going on with my car! Front counter staff was rude! And pretty had a horrible experience! Car smells like chemicals still!
