They did great work and fixed my car after neighbors backed into it. Good customer service, and communicated with the rental car company for me when needing assistance. The job included body work and fixing paint job where hit. So far so good and they have a great warranty on the work if any future problems.

I received first class service from the moment I walked into the Collision Center with prompt and friendly reception from the employees at the front counter and then my interaction in discussing the details with Estimator Tim McKinney. The Estimator apprised me of the ongoing progress and then called me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Titus-Will Collision also took care of returning my rental back to Enterprise. Thank you. Titus-Will Collision Center did a great job of repairing my vehicle to a, good as new, condition. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in the repairs, kudos to them. The only issue I noticed which wasn't present before the accident is that when I start up and first pull out and it's quiet outside without a lot of surrounding noise and moving slowly, I hear a faint clicking or squeaking sound. At first I thought it would eventually work its way out but it's been a few weeks now. Hopefully it's not anything to be concerned about.
