From the time Smitty prepared the estimate, which was so informative, to the time that I picked up my car I was kept up to date. The workmanship that was put into repairing my car was top notch. There was a new scratch on my dash and a piece that is no longer flush. The inside of my car was dirty with dust. There was one exterior spot I figured would have been repaired that was not (the plastic flashing piece along the edge of the driver door). The scratch and dent on the door itself was repaired well
