When I drop my truck off, I asked if it would be done in four weeks and they said yes. It took almost 5 weeks for it to get done. I had to change my vacation plans because of that. Once I got my truck back, the engine light came on. The louvers in the front of the truck were not working correctly. I have to bring my truck back to get that fixed.

The man that looked at the damage and prepared estimate was very nice. Very knowledgeable. Took time and answered all questions. Helped me through process. I think his name was Chris. Maybe. The lady at the desk by the little window. Could have been much friendlier. All three times I came she seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. Once I interrupted a personal conversation and once her lunch and it was clear. Tried to make friendly small talk and she very cold towards me.

The first time we had no company do body / paint work for us you did a fantastic job on the bumper this time the swirls that are in my paint all down the entire side of the car look horrible. My husband is bringing the car back tomorrow to be hopefully fixed! Far from happy unfortunately.
