They communicated very well on timelines, updating me if anything changed, and the quality of the work is evident. The only thing I found a little strange was muddy dog prints on my front and back seat, as well as a comparably sized scratch on the back driver's side seat. We don't have a dog, much less have pets that go in our car, so we're not sure if resulted from someone from Hagerstown Sheehy Subaru or Todd Auto Body bringing their dirty dog into our vehicle.

Very friendly. They kistened when we brought additional damage to their attention and swiftly repaired it so we could get back on the road fast! Hopefully we won’t need them again, but if so they’re the only place we’ll bring all our vehicles for repair.

Everything was fixed correctly and promptly. When I went to pick up my vehicle Brad was even nice enough to pull the vehicle up for me so I didn’t have to search for it. Evan kept me up to date on repairs. All around good service!

Todd’s auto body was totally great during our recent repair. All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They made the repair of my vehicle super easy and kept me up to date at every step of the repair service. Hopefully my car won’t get smashed again but if it does, I’ll definitely take it back to Todd’s Auto Body.
