Eric was awesome through the whole experience. I was constantly updated and they were more than accommodating when I had to retrieve items from my vehicle or show my family the damage. He even reminded me that I had two separate claims so I was reimbursed by the insurance company for my rental. If not I would have owed $200. It took a month to repair but it looks and drives like new again.
