Only issue is that I was charged by Todd for my deductible, then find out that USAA was charged the full amount--guess they were supposed to bill me for the deductible, but I didn't know that. Good thing that I noticed that they were charged full amount.

I had a small mishap with my 05 GMC 3500 Truck that turned into a bigger job. The body shop did wonders fixing the rear quarter & bumper. Communication was very good, I received text messages on updates and was back on the road quickly. With a family of kids we have used Todd service at least 4 times. Highly recommended A+++++++ Scott

It depends on the type of vehicle as the insurance adjuster said this is where they send high end cars.

There was miscommunication about car being finished with supposedly 1 phone call. I did not know until 10 days later when I called to see if it was finished. This caused me to have a rental car 10 extra days. Also, I have called about the door not being flush at the bottom corner. Chris told me to bring it back to look at which I will be doing Friday 1/24. Other than these things, the job looks really good. I appreciate the whole car being waxed.
