100% I don’t use the word “hero” often, but to me you are. My car is unique - a standard transmission VW Beetle, which is no longer being made, and I could never have afforded to replace it with any of the current sporty floor shift cars, nor even learned to drive the high-tech cars of today, so you SAVED a 75-year old lady in several ways!!! The customer service and “hospitality” was distinctively above and beyond that of most businesses, at a time when the customer needs it the most! One is never having a “good day” after a car accident, but Leighann and Kristy and another woman whose name I forgot to ask, put me completely at ease with their superior service, kindness, skills, and loving acts and words. They are all amazing.
