Leighann Romero was very friendly from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about car repairs and estimates. Leighann worked with the insurance company to get my vehicle fixed with just a few out of pocket costs. She gave me a quote on fixing my front door springs and had it repaired all at the same time as the damage was repaired. I have already highly recommended Todd's Auto Body to friends.

Second time I’ve brought rigs in for repair, and second time I’ve been unsatisfied. Recent fix was to remove and replace vinyl pin stripe, quote was $318. Truck went in the shops and body tech buffed off pin stripe and also pulled off paint and clear coat….. body shop is claiming I was told this could happen?? I don’t think I’d be sending in a vehicle to get pin stripe replaced and authorize repair with the chance of damaging paint! They denied repairing the damage and truck was sent home without pinstripe and now with two damaged doors… why two doors? That’s because the paint tech decided to continue causing damage to the paint so they would make money on a re paint job! Will never go back and I will be spreading the word to choose a different outfit. After reading reviews it seems this is common practice with this outfit causing damage and refusing to repair it.

Love their new shop. Brought my VW Crossport in at 8am to get driver's side mirror repaired/replaced. They thought it might be overnight since it had to be painted and possibly recalibrated, but it was done by midday and cost less than original quote. Yay! It's perfect and I couldn't be happier. Wouldn't hesitate to take any repair to them. They do quality work at an affordable price and stand by their job.
