Took over a week to simply replace my door. When I finally got my car back, I definitely noticed a couple new scratches and a gouge on the interior of my car. I drive for work, so the slow repair definitely caused lost earnings. They failed to adequately insulate the edges of the door, so there was noticeable wind noise coming in that definitely wasn't there before, and doesn't exist on the other side of the car. Brought my car back in to address the issue. They feigned looking at it and addressing the issue, but basically acted like I was imagining it. As a rideshare driver, I spend a great deal of time in the car, and definitely know the difference. $2500 from my insurance was not well spent. If I need future car work, I'm going elsewhere.
