The car was totalled, so no repair work was needed. However, the staff were amazing at supporting me through the process. They helped me in contacting tithe tow company to move my car from their storage lot. They walked me through the estimate and what happened to the vehicle. Best of all, the team worked together in all aspects of my case. Great to see a team of professionals who love their jobs and work well together!

My car wasn’t ready when they said it would be, and I never did understand why, but I will say the ladies I dealt with were so nice, kind and friendly. It was probably more my not understanding than any lack of interaction on their part. My car looks great. There’s a delay in obtaining a certain part to finish the repair on my Subaru and it was fully explained to me and not in any way the shops fault! The nice woman who gave me the rides I needed to and from the shop was very nice and friendly. Good, safe driver and I was comfortable with her. I’d definitely recommend this business for their completed work, friendly and professional attitude even when many people, employees and the phone were demanding attention. I appreciated the care they took with me and making sure I was comfortable with all arrangements.

Waiting two weeks for parts was very disruptive to my life. Perhaps order the part first? Otherwise everything was great, I was kept informed. You dealt with Farmers to extend my rental . The final results were good

Paint looks pretty good, there’s a couple little pock marks that I thought would’ve been prepped better, before painting. Had to return truck to have the bumper adjusted as it was 1” out from left to right. Kristie was great, she had the bumper issue fixed and also had the opposite side of bumper buffed out.
