Was not happy with the experience at all from beginning to end. From the delays in getting the claim going (took an entire month even though they had the car) to even get any parts ordered or to begin to look at the car. To the lack of information or miscommunication within their own shop because of employees leaving. Would not go back, originally chose the shop because I thought it was Goldies Auto Body and had used the service and was satisfied with them.

The repairs look awesome, the truck drives perfect. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the exterior and the interior. The exterior, including all the windows and mirrors are covered with water spots. The interior has a complete dust coat over everything.
