This is my 3rd time using Tom & Ed's. First 2 times, work was perfect. This time it was also good but would have given a 10 if bumper alignment had been perfect. Still giving a 9 since it was repaired quickly when I noticed the misalignment.

Bumper was not flush with side panels or tail lights on one side. It was fixed but I think it would have been nice if it was fixed before I noticed.
