I had a couple of concerns after getting my car back. One I noticed right away and was fixed right away. The other concern I didn?t notice until a few days later. I took the car back and again, they fixed it right away. I waited to do this review until I could say I?m totally satisfied. My car means everything too me. I?m glad I went to Tom Eplins.

As a customer, we are frustrated that it took more than a month to get car back. When we did get it back it has been left for w month sitting with coffee all over the car from the crash. This may have been easily cleaned up the few days after but now after sitting for more than a month it has become difficult to clean. The car is only 6 months old to us... And we expected to get it back in new condition. But the interior seems largely ignored. Also the smell of paint is so strong we can't drive it with the windows down. Very dissapointing.
