The lack of contact was very frustrating.

Work was completed well, no problems with the car, and it was washed and cleaned out very well, and we appreciate that. However, we were told the repairs would take a week, maybe two, and it took three. At no time during that period did anyone from the company update us on anything, so we spent three weeks with no vehicle, which was very frustrating.

Other than the wheel(core) being left in the trunk area & the alignment not done right - it was great. I've got an appointment tomorrow to have the alignment done again.
