My overall experience with tomball collision was beyond poor & I wish I had researched them prior to saying yes but hopefully this will save others the trouble. The shop is unprofessional & has no integrity. The adjuster for my claim was Aaron. Initially my car was supposed to take 3 weeks after insurance approval. Aaron told me on several occassions that my car would be ready on a specified day & it was not. He waited until the car was complete to send the final estimate to the insurance company which prolonged pick up an additional 5 days. He failed to take pics of damage that he submitted to the insurance company which made it hard for them to rule whether they would pay for it or not. Once I received my vehicle, I noticed the LED lights were the same as the ones on my car prior to the accident but the insurance company paid for full replacement. He denied the ins company paid for it but i have proff on the estimate. I also asked for receipts of all parts purchased & guess what I never received them. Every time I call, front desk says hes busy & he never returns calls. I’ve never had this experience with a shop & I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again. Do your research & go with a shop thats approved by insurance.

The work seems to be of good quality thus far, but if one is reliant on a rental vehicle I could not recommend the shop due to how long the repairs took (over 3 months). If timeliness is not of concern, I would recommend the shop.
