I reported that my steering cover was taken out of my vehicle and was told that a replacement would be mailed and it has been weeks now and I have not received nor have I been contacted with status . I have called and was told it would be mailed but nothing . I have emailed and have not received a reply. This is poor customer service and business to steal customers property when servicing their vehicles

Just letting you all know all the people I dealt with are the best Tomball Collision has the best employees to work with to get you vehicle looking new I am so happy of the work they did I will pass the word how good of job they did and I will going back if I have to but I hope I doing get in a wreck no more but if I do I know were I am going Tomball collision

I had my flares repainted on recommendation from Jim Baker at TOMBALL ford. The paint turned out good but they painted the 9 chrome screws on each flare. Now they are black. You know as well as me the paint is not to stick to chrome. They will start pealing very soon.
