Lack of communication. I had to call to check on the status of things. Plus it’s not completely fixed. 1. Front drives side tire rubs badly when making any right hand turn. 2. Still out of alignment. Truck pulls left. 3. Took 2 months to get my truck back and it’s not even fixed correctly.

I wasn’t to happy that I was in another situation where I had to take my truck back to a shop for repairs but I was happy to know that Tomball collision would be taking care of the repairs! I think they did an awsome job repairing the hood scoop on my truck, but they were unable to make it seal correctly on the back half, and instead of trying to figure out a way to fix it, they left it that way and inferred that there was no way to correct it. Overall though, they were quick, professional and friendly. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
