Extremely satisfied. Jays communication with me was excellent. There were issues with the insurance company. The only minor disappointment was that Jay told me that he would take care of issues ( touch up) while he was completing the repairs. The repairs on the truck looks great! The receptionist was helpful and excellent!

Although Shaun was very nice every time i spoke with him, he also lied or at the least misled me on numerous occasions. Lets not forget the delays due to forgetting to order needed parts.
