Mr.Genaro Grijalba he’s always very warm and polite and professional, and gets the job done. Mr. Genaro is and has been the only one that has always been nice to me the rest of the staff needs to be like Mr. Genero, their was one time came to see Mr. Genaro about some repairs, not the cashiers they are very nice, there is a white lady that works with Mr Genaro, not sure what her name is But Mr. Genaro can tell you who she is because we spoke about this matter she is very prejudice and rule every time I come for Service, she acts like she hates my guts, and she will not even speak to me, Mr. Genaro can tell who it is. She is a terrible representative of your company at Tommy Vaughn. Should be retrained how to treat people and go to charm school for interracial reactions to Black people.and the rest of the staff they are not nice or friendly That work with Mr. Genaro he is the only one That is 100% professional, and represents the company.

Yes, i was totally satisfied with my entire experience, from start to finish @ Tommie Vaughn Ford. My service advisor (Angel) was so very professional, polite and caring. He kept me updated just as he stated, when i brought my car in. Tommie Vaughn Ford did an immaculate job on my 2020 Mustang, and i would recommend them to any and everyone. Thanks to the entire team that that repaired my beautiful Mustang 🐎, and a very special thanks again, to Angel.
