All the work looked great, I had to bring the car back the next week so the door could be realigned a little . The car was repaired and was ready for me the next day for pick up. The Staff was very kind and helpful.

Hayden Woods was rude and inefficient. The accident was caused by the failure of auto stop yet that system was not checked. It took 30 days to replace 2 tires and a grill. I received answers like “” I don’t have that information in front of me “, “we don’t file insurance claims with that company “, and “I don’t know why you would want to know that.” The manager saw nothing wrong with keeping the car for 30 days.

While backing out of my very narrow garage. I accidentally scraped my fender. I did not want to file an insurance claim, preferring to pay out of pocket. Jessie understood my request and was most generous in her estimate. My car was ready in only four days and the staff did a beautiful job! Once again, Tommy’s has left me smiling even though I paid out of pocket! Everyone there is just wonderful! Thank you, Tommy’s once again!
