Communication was clear -- the dates kept getting changed, but I'm sure there are reasons for that (assessing repair need, getting parts, etc.) I think it would help to note more clearly up front when that kind of thing is uncertain. (In our case, it was the difference between an initial estimate of 3-4 days, and a full two weeks.) But the customer service staff was friendly and they were great about updating the rental car company/insurance to help keep our rental car for the extra days!

Cannot really comment as the car is in another state but the battery was bad when we got it back, the license plates had been lost and the fender was rubbing on the tire.

So I am the registered owner but my son has the car as a full-time student at UMass Amherst. He seems very happy with the vehicle after it was repaired by TommyCar Collision Center. I was very happy with the way I was contacted often and kept apprised of the status of the repair. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, personable and knowledgeable.

Satisfied! There was one minor issue when I went to go pick it up, which they fixed promptly and I was able to come back only a week later with it fixed and ready to drive out of there.

They were great- they communicated directly with Liberty Mutual so I didn’t have to get in the middle. Liberty Mutual has not been very responsive, but the car shop did their due diligence and were fantastic.

Jan 17,2023- My experience at TommyCar Collision At Northampton, MA has been great. My representative was Manny and he was super nice and very good at his job! He only gave a look at the car and gave me an approximate price on asking which was very close to the real amount and also the time for repair. Manny also helped me by telling me a cheaper alternative to handle with some rusty spots on my car. They repaired my car with all the OEM original honda parts. There was no delay on their part and they gave me a lifetime warranty which is great! I would definitely recommend others to go there!

After my accident, I went to the shop. The employees were very nice to me. They repaired my car like new again and the whole process was smooth. Liberty mutual took care of the receipts as I chose that option. The shop also provided me a lifetime warranty on the parts that got repaired there.

TommyCar Collision was great! They gave me consistent updates about when my car would be ready. The car looks like new and drives well, and I was very impressed with the level of detail (they cleaned and detailed the interior of my car, for example).
