All good .... but it think at some point they unhook battery and never tightened it when when they put back on ...i hit a pot hole and whole car went numb...lol....no power ...used a wire hanger to go thru the back seat access and pull the emergency tab to open the trunk. Negative cable was just rest on the terminal. Im assuming it was on at some point just wasn't tightened. ....all in all... Sal & rob did wonderful job. I would go to them again with or without using my insurance.

Everyone on the team was extremely helpful throughout the process, from Robert walking through the insurance process & Sal checking in with photos and videos and everyone involved making sure the car came out looking great - what else could someone ask for.
