I was rear ended but because of a class action lawsuit coming out for my vehicle that was unbeknownst to me, I feel they did not do their due diligence with making sure the vehicle was properly diagnosed and just assumed the problem. I was not informed until after the vehicle pick up that the main problem was not addressed.

I’m still waiting to hear back about a bumper piece that is claimed to have been brand new but is dented and was said will be replaced.

The staff at Tony’s was great. I worked with Paul in particular through the whole process and he was super communicative the whole time. I feel like the estimate was fair as well. Overall incredibly satisfied with the work on my car, it looks brand new. And they even cleaned my car out and the interior looked better than when I dropped it off! Would give them a 20 out of 10 if I could.

The process has been confusing with my insurance but made easy by Tony’s Body Shop. They even handled arranging the Enterprise car rental. When I picked up my car I couldn’t even see the repair. The car looks like new, including exterior and interior cleaning. Can’t imagine taking a vehicle anywhere else!
