Customer service was awesome. Only downside was the fact that repairs took longer than expected and the communication of that could have been better. With that said, if I had a problem they did their best to address it and offer accommodations.

The affected area paint feels nice and smooth, the rest of the paint feels like particles (maybe dust) or something settled on it while being worked on, feels rough to the touch.
