Really wanted to like this location but can’t in good faith recommend after my personal repair experience.

Tesla Model Y was left for 12 days. Trusted the location more than I should have and picked my car up after hours at 10pm after the person who hit me paid cash for the repair. The next morning I saw obvious paint spots missing on the bumper where the car was hit. Immediately called and sent an email with photos. Emailed Alan and Wednesday and didn’t receive a response. Followed up via text on Friday and Lalo said to bring the car in for a touch up. Finally brought it in on a day without rain in the forecast and the touch up is a joke. It looked better with the spots without paint. Super disappointed. Really wanted to like this place. I did receive an apology when I calmly shared my frustration. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this is experience has been beyond disappointing.

My request for an update 12 days after dropoff went ignored. Received a response more than 24 hours later asking me to confirm my after hours pickup. I feel my repair was rushed and definitely not done up to the level of service expected based on other reviews I read.

Sub-par work performance. Poorly assembled. This assembly would not pass quality control. Will be taking the vehicle back to fix any discrepencies.

I had a PDR repair on another car that I was satisfied with. I would recommend them for PDR. However, due this repair I would not recommend them for repairs requiring painting.

There was foreign material in the paint job. It was buffed to remove the raised spots, but imperfections remained. Also didn't fix a spot on the lower bumper. A 10% discount was applied for compensation, but I will always notice those spots and disappointed it's not 'like new'.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and friendly, the only issue I have is the loss of a personal item from inside my car. My parking placard for the school I work with is missing. The strange thing is all the other things hanging from the mirror are accounted for. It’s a security issue for the building I work for as the number is attached to my name.

Light assembly along with camera and other fully functional parts were not returned, instead “tossed away” Total miscommunication between team members, undoubtedly favouring the ship. Leather key card holder was not returned
