My experience at Total was excellent every step of the way. Everyone there went above and beyond and I know my experience would not have gone as smoothly had I gone anywhere else. Rob did an excellent job explaining exactly what would be done and why, Yana did a fantastic job coordinating between me and the third party making the payment, and the crew was very friendly when I went to pick up my car and busted their butts to make sure the car was done in time for me to go to work. I appreciate the effort everyone!

TC&PDR did a wonderful job on my car. The staff is professional, considerate, and timely. In my particular situation, I had to delay bringing my car in a couple of weeks due to some family things going on that created a need for a second car. Even though the shop had the parts, they gave me me the extra time even though they had the parts in stock and waiting on the shelf. This is the type of customer service that really makes a service provider. Yes, if I need any future time of work, I will consider bringing my car here first.
