Bad quality. Bad management by Jeff. Had to bring my vehicle back for rework. Still missing parts. I let the worker know before I left and he said "it must have gotten lost in the accident" he also said he would contact me when they got the part in. Nobody has contacted me

Excellent customer service- I had taken my Tesla for some dent and scraped panel. I was given frequent updates by text. The communication was seamless and the quality of care was outstanding. My vehicle was returned in a better state than what was brought in- they cleaned the interior and exterior as a complimentary service. I would definitely recommend them
