I like how I received several updates. The person who fixed the car was very nice and he was patient while we inspected the car before taking it home. The girl at the front desk wasn’t there but the guy was able to help us pay before going and was accommodating.

The repairs were not completed properly and there wasn't any quality control before we picked up our vehicle. Our headlights were replaced and one was not calibrated and aimed up in the the trees. The paint job had inclusions (some particles) and two of the panels had to be repainted. The AC had error messages because a plug was not connected properly, and their was polish splatter on 3 panels that was not cleaned before we picked up the vehicle. Our vehicle needed to go back 2 additional times to the shop and also was sent to Tesla for work. In total, we will have had 5 visits to a shop to get the repairs correct...the original repair and 4 additional returns. Going back one more time to Tesla because the headlights are still not correct. The staff was very responsive when we called, and nice to work with. Frustrating the additional hours from our days to work on issues that should have been taken care during the original repair.
