Repairs not done when promised. Kept updating time estimate every Tue and Thu with "tommorow I hope" for weeks

Repairs were done in a complete manner. Car looks good. Our dissatisfaction is in the time it took to complete repairs. When car was dropped off we were told 19days. It took exactly 6 weeks for repairs to be completed. Since my insurance will pay for on 30 days of car rental. We had to pay for 14 days of rental ourselves.
