I was extremely satisfied with the repair on my car after an ugly scrape with a yellow pole. Kevin’s work was amazing and my car looks like brand new again! He is a perfectionist and pays attention to the smallest of details. The entire staff that I had contact with was friendly and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Total Collision to anyone needing body work done!

Total Collision exceeded my expectations for my Tesla repair. I was initially worried about finding a place that could handle it properly, but after visiting their office once, I knew this was where I’d return. I was right! Jeff and his team treated my car as if it were their own, handling every detail with care, even with discussions with the insurance. Dina kept me informed weekly, providing reassurance. Their communication and dedication have been outstanding. Huge thanks to Jeff, Dina, Kevin, and the entire team for their exceptional work!

As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with the paint job on my vehicle’s bumper. The paint was off, and it was poorly installed, with missing screws and scratches. When I brought it back for a second repair, the manager became defensive, even though I had legitimate complaints and concerns about the quality of the work. After the second repair, I am still not satisfied. I was told, “This is how it’s supposed to look,” as if I don’t know anything about cars. The manager suggested I have a Toyota dealer inspect it, which I did, and the dealer confirmed the same issues I had identified. Therefore, i am not going back there and i won’t recommend anyone to go there.
