I was rear ended and Total Collision took care of everything, I didn't have to contact the insurance company and everything was done in a timely manner. Freddy was very patient with me as I was overwhelmed and flustered. My favorite part was how clean my car was when all was done. I highly appreciate and highly recommend them.

Communication was not as effective as my first experience. I dropped my vehicle on Monday and had to call the shop myself on Wednesday to find out what was happening. Was not clear on how long the job would take to complete.
