When we decided to open our own body repair shop, our plan was to have a one-stop-shop. If you needed body repairs, we would take care of it. If your car had a dent, we'd be right there to remove it. And if your family vehicle had taken a beating over the years, we'd make sure it looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. In 2010, that dream finally came true when we opened Total Recon Auto Center here in Rockville, Maryland. During that time, we've established ourselves as an I-CAR Gold Class certified shop, and we've even upgraded to a brand new facility. Regardless of what your insurance company may tell you, you have the right to choose your own auto body repair shop. Fortunately, as the only independent collision center in the region, our team can and will work with any insurance provider you have. In fact, we will happily handle the entire claim process on your behalf! Our customer service team has extensive automotive and insurance claim knowledge.
