The car looks great It just seems like my hydraulics are off when I open the hatch. Maybe I am remembering wrong, but I thought when I opened the hatch it went up by itself and it seems like I really have to push alot first

Had a wonderful experience with Shannon and the technician who fixed my car (John? I’m afraid I might have his name wrong). They both professional and extremely helpful. I came to town and country because that’s where insurance directed me to go but I would absolutely come back if I had any issues in the future.
